Negotiated Settlements (short sales) of pre-foreclosure real estate - purchased real estate, rehabbed, and resold for profit. Learned the pre-foreclosure market.
2007 to 2010
Gained valuable experience in the post-foreclosure world by becoming an REO service agent for local REO broker. Listed and sold bank owned property. Worked with over 30 banks, advising them of the values, marketing strategy, market analysis, repairs, and maintenance of their REO assets. Also worked with many buyers of these properties, including some professional investors. Closed or participated in the processing of about 75 REO properties.
Also continued limited work with short sales during this time with very high closure rate.
